This Web site is provided by 2J International (referred to throughout this Web site as “2J International”) as a service to our customers. Please, review the following rules that govern your use of the 2J International.com site. Please, note that your use of the 2J International.com site (the “Site”) constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. 2J International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.

 

Clause no. 1 : Terms and Conditions of Order

The 2J International Satisfaction Guarantee

2J International stands behind the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, contact Customer Services by email at [email protected] within 5 days from the date you receive it.

2J International is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure excellent products and services. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please, note that we cannot be responsible for :

Shipping and delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable package/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you ;
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to you ;
  • Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims ;
  • We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving which are defective or visibly damages.

 

Clause no. 2 : Price and Payment

All prices and amounts shown on this site are in EURO (€).

If a User submits a request on the site to purchase products, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the  USER credit card

2J International reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.

Of course, prices available at order commitment date will remain as is.

Please, note that no products will be shipped until full payment is received by 2J International or approved credit terms have been established through 2J International.

Clause no. 3 : Payment methods

All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods :

  • by credit card
  • by wire transfer

Clause no. 4 : Sales Tax Policy

As a French entity, 2J International is required to collect and remit sales tax in all French jurisdictions that administer such tax.

Clause no. 5 : Product Delivery Time

Product delivery time begins once your order has been placed and approved for by 2J International sales fulfillment team.

Order Daily process closing time is 3 pm (Paris, France time). After this time, order, if fully approved, will be processed the following business day during week time Monday to Friday.

You may have to allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.

Clause no. 6 : Shipping and Arrival Times

Shipping transit times may vary, and 2J international assumes no responsibility at all for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive products on time.

Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

2J International is not responsible for delays due to improperly prepared paperwork if you are using your own freight company for pickup.

Target arrival dates are calculated by transit time. Shipping times are based on business days only and do not normally include weekends or holidays.

You agree that shipping terms for all 2J International products are shipped “Freight On board Shipping Point” or “FOB” Shipping Point” – title and risk of loss transfers to you at time of shipment or pickup.

Pick-up orders will be held for 10 days at our facility. After 10 days, we will recycle your order.

Clause no. 7 : Restocking fees

Upon customer’s request, 2J International might considere reviewing parts and consumable return requests. 

A 25% restocking fee is normally billed for returns.

Clause no. 8 : Miscellaneous

IN NO EVENT WILL 2J INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT 2J INTERNATIONAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. 

2J INTERNATIONAL’S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER, FOR BREACH OF, OR ARISING OUT OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES HEREUNDER, IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE FEES PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 2J INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR YOUR COSTS OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS.

Clause no. 9 : Language

The Agreement is drawn up in English, which will prevail in case of disputes.

Clause no. 10 : Governing law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Clause no. 11 : Disputes resolution

The parties undertake to follow a conciliation procedure as an initial step in the event that a controversy, dispute, or question arises concerning the execution or interpretation of this Agreement.

Any controversy, dispute, or question relating to this Agreement, which cannot be resolved by a conciliation process, shall be submitted to the Tribunal of Commerce of Bordeaux (France) which is the competent jurisdiction.
